We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move which makes it ideal for parents who want to go out and explore. It also comes with a large storage basket beneath and a variety of attachments to allow parents to take their light shopping or groceries with them. It's a bit more expensive than other 2 in one prams but it's worth the cost because the quality and functionality are top of the line.
The stroller comes with a one-pull harness to make secure your child's seat a breeze. It comes with sun canopy with XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It has a convenient tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to fit the parents' height and the brake is easily accessed and safe for children to operate.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container, it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers often have, but Joovy offers a separate baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.
Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer a stroller with a bit more flexibility. The stroller's flexibility in seating arrangement is a major plus. Parents can put their infant car seats in either opposite directions or in the same direction, based on their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for weight and folded size. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scores highly for maneuverability which is an essential feature for parents seeking a travel stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product with a few features that other strollers that we tested provide, such as a deep recline or large storage baskets. It's a great option for families on a limited budget or for those who require a second stroller for occasional use, like for a trip to the Zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its frame is short, it has swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pads make for smooth riding. It's comfortable for all passengers with a multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holder.
It also has a huge European-style canopy that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection against windy conditions. It also comes with two storage bags and an all-around harness with five points for security.
The Delta was constructed in less than three minutes, which is the fastest time of all the test groups. The manual is not very good and the assembly does not require tools.
